美国体育管理专业认证准则分析

摘　　要：专业质量问题是世界各国高等教育关注的重点。我国体育管理专业建设取得了一定的成绩,但是专业质量也不可避免出现问题。为了寻求解决我国体育管理专业质量问题的一些措施,主要应用文献资料法,对美国体育管理专业质量认证准则进行研究。重点对体育管理专业认证准则的成果认证准则、课程认证准则、师资认证准则、内部和外部关系认证准则进行分析。研究发现:这些准则对本专业学生的学习和技能成果、专业开设课程的宽度和深度以及设置课程人员的资格、教师的资格与教学效果、专业发展与产业的关系等做了明确的规定,从这些细节上确保了美国体育管理专业认证制度对体育管理专业质量的监控作用。为探索我国体育管理专业发展提供新的思路。Issues of specialty quality is the key of higher education in the world. There are some achievements in sport management education in China, but still exist some problems in specialty quality. In order to find ways to solve these problems, this paper analyzed the principles of the sports management accreditation in United States, especially analyzed the principles of achievement accreditation, curriculum accreditation, faculty accreditation and internal and external relations accreditation, by using the method of literature review. Results indicate that all principals elaborate the standards of students learning assessment, breadth and depth of curriculum, faculty qualifications and linkages of specialty development and industry. Furthermore, these principals＇ details ensure the functions of sports management accreditation to monitor the education quality of sports management major. This paper provides a different point of view for development of sports management major in China.
