摘 要:为促进中国男篮健康持续发展与提高,本研究通过专家访谈与实地考察,以及查阅文献资料与专家访谈法相结合,对中国男篮后备人才的培养模式进行回顾与评价,从而提出健全、完善篮球后备人才培养的对策,促进健康、良性的中国男篮后备人才培养体系的形成。研究的主要结论:1)传统篮球后备人才培养模式打破后,造成篮球人才的断档、数量减少。2)参加世界大赛成绩徘徊不前且有下滑趋势。3)新的篮球后备人才体系没有真正建立起来。相应对策:1)健全完善基层体育部门职能作用,恢复具有独立职能的县(区)级体育局机构。2)发挥政府协调效能,凸显学校培养篮球后备人才优势。3)建立篮球人才专项基金,鼓励社会化篮球慈善基金参与。In order to promote sustainable development of Chinese men's basketball team, this paper reviewed and evaluated its reserve talents cultivation mode by the methods of expert interview and literature review. And then this paper provided some countermeasures to set up a sound and improved cultivation system. Conclusions: I ) Basketball talents system has a gap and small number after broke down of traditional cultivation model. 2) Chinese men's basketball team is not forward and trending downward in worldwide competitions. 3 ) The new basketball re- serve talents system is not really set up. Countermeasures: 1 ) Improve grass-roots sport department function and restore independent bureau of sports in county or district level. 2) Exert government cooperation functions and highlight school advantage in basketball reserve talents cultivation. 3 ) Establish special fund for basketball talents and encourage charity fund to participate in basketball program.
