摘　　要：翁郜在晚唐曾长期任职于河西,故《京兆翁氏族谱》中保存了多件与此段历史密切相关的重要文献。翁郜的历官情况同时展现了晚唐河西军政机构的基本运作情况及形态演变轨迹。晚唐政府在銮舆数度播迁的特殊历史时期,仍致力于凉州地区最高军政长官的任命及军政机构的改置,显示出力图控制河西的迫切愿望。其经营河西的举措对归义军起到了重要的制约作用。但随着唐王朝统治力的衰减,河西军政机构的运作在很大程度上受归义军的影响。各种文献对晚唐"河西"含义的不同诠释,也在一定程度上反映出中央政府及归义军在河西共同发挥作用的历史事实。Since Weng Gao held an official position in the Hexi region for many years in the late Tang,Jingzhao Weng Family Tree(Jingzhao Weng Shi Zupu京 兆 翁 氏 族 谱)preserves many important documents relating to this period of history.Weng's experience as an official reveals both the basic mode of operation and the evolutionary path of the military and administrative organs in Hexi in the late Tang dynasty.In the special historical period when for several times the emperors were forced to flee from the capital,the late Tang government still took pains over appointments to the top military and government positions and the reorganization of military and administrative organs in Liangzhou;this shows its eagerness to control Hexi.The measures the government took to manage Hexi constituted an important constraint on the Guiyi Army(Guiyi Jun归 义 军).However,as the dynasty's power weakened,military and administrative operations in the Hexi region were affected by the Guiyi Army.Different documents interpret'Hexi'(West of the River)in different ways.To some extent,this reflects the historical fact that the central government and the Guiyi Army jointly played a role in Hexi.
