摘 要:目的:探讨芦荟多糖对大鼠重型颅脑损伤继发高血糖的影响及机制。方法:采用健康SD大鼠作实验材料,设对照组、假手术组、重型颅脑损伤模型组和芦荟多糖治疗组。采用自由落体撞击方法建立鼠重型颅脑损伤模型,治疗组给予芦荟多糖(150mg/kg体重)灌胃给药,其余3组给予等容量生理盐水,连续12d给药后检测血糖、胰岛素及胰高血糖素水平。结果:芦荟多糖治疗组血糖水平(6.15±0.76)mmol/L显著低于模型组(9.52±0.96)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);芦荟多糖治疗组胰高血糖素水平(236.15±19.89)μg/ml显著低于模型组(319.52±27.16)μg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);芦荟多糖治疗组胰岛素水平(5.92±1.66)mmol/L与模型组(6.02±2.02)mmol/L比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芦荟多糖对颅脑损伤继发高血糖有改善作用,其机制可能与降低了胰高血糖素水平有关。Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of aloe polysaccharide(AP) on hyper glycemia induced by sevcre brain injury(SBI) in rats. Methods: By using SD rats as experimental materials, SD rats were divided into control group, sham operation group, SBI model group and AP treatment group. SBI models were established by using free-fall impact. The treatment group was given AP(150 mg/kg body weight)administered intragastrically, and other 3 groups were given same volume of saline in same way. The levels of blood glucose, glucagon and insulin were measured 12 d after treatment. Results: The decreased levels of blood glucose occurred in AP treatment group(6.15.4±0.76)mmol/L, SBI model group(9.52±0.96)mmol/L, the difference was statistical ly significant(P〈0.05). The glucagon level of AP treatment group (236. 15±19. 89)μg/ml was lower than that of the model group(319.52±27. 16)μg/ml and the difference was statistically sig nificant(P〈0.05). There was no statistical difference in insulin levels between AP treatment group (5.92±1. 66)mmol/L and SBI model group(6. 02±2. 02)mmol/L(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: AP could relieve the SBI induced for hyperglycemia to a certain extent, which may be associated with decreased glucagon levels.
