摘 要:目的:分析不同方法消毒使用过的超声雾化器的效果,寻找快速有效的超声雾化罐消毒方法。方法:患者使用后的超声雾化罐180个,随机分成对照组:90个,自来水洗净;实验Ⅰ组:30个,氯消毒剂浸泡消毒;实验Ⅱ组:30个,75%酒精浸泡消毒;实验Ⅲ组:30个,碘伏联合酒精擦拭消毒。琼脂平皿培养检测细菌。结果:实验组消毒处理超声雾化罐,合格率97.78%,高于对照组合格率61.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组中碘伏联合酒精组擦拭消毒最好,合格率100%,高于其他两个实验组合格率96.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碘伏联合酒精擦拭消毒超声雾化罐的效果好。Objective: To search rapid and effective disinfection methods for cleaning ultrasonic atomization pots. Methods: 180 used ultrasonic atomization pots were randomly divided into control group with tap water cleaning, 90 pots. Experimental group Ⅰ, immersing into chlorine disinfect ant, 30 pots; experimental group Ⅱ , immersing into 75 % alcohol, 30 tops and experimental group Ⅲ, wiping with iodophor and alcohol, 30 pots. Quantitative detection of bacteria was performed using the agar plate test. Results: Disinfection pass rate in the experimental group (97.78%) was significantly higher than that in control group (61.11%) (P〈0.05). Among experimental groups, the iodophor and alcohol wipe increased disinfection pass rate to 100%, better than that of other groups (both 96.67%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Cleaning with combination of iodine and alcohol could efficiently reduce ultrasonic atomizing inhalation infection.
