摘 要:目的:探讨经会阴三维超声对盆底脏器脱垂疾病的诊断价值。方法:POP患者和普通妇科疾病患者各60例,经会阴三维超声检查,观察静息时、Valsalva动作时盆膈裂孔的大小及肛提肌的形态变化。结果:POP组盆底结构较对照组松散,耻骨直肠肌变薄不对称,回声欠均匀,静息和Valsalva动作状态时盆膈裂孔前后径、左右径、面积、周长,耻骨直肠肌厚度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用三维超声能够有效地观察女性的盆底结构,诊断盆底器官脱垂患者的盆膈裂孔形态和结构异常。Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of three-dimensional(3D) ultrasound in pelvic organ prolapse disease via perineum. Method: POP patients and patients with common disease of department of gynaecology, each 60 cases, the perineum three-dimensional ultrasound examination, observing resting Valsalva activity basin the size of the diaphragmatic hiatus and anus levator morphological changes. Results: The pelvic floor structure of POP group was loose, pubic rectum muscle thin asymmetry, echo owe evenly, resting state and Valsalva basin before and after the diaphragmatic hiatus diameter diameter area around the perimeter, pubic rectum muscle thickness were greater than the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Three dimensional ultrasound can effectively observe the pelvic floor structure of women, can be used for diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse of pelvic diaphragm hiatus in patients with abnormal morphology and structure.
