摘　　要：膝关节置换及膝周围骨折术后,早期患肢功能锻炼对膝关节功能康复至关重要,良好的镇痛有利于提高功能锻炼的效果,促进功能康复。笔者就术后膝关节功能锻炼的镇痛研究进展进行简要综述。After total knee joint prosthesis and internal fixation of fractures around the knee joint, early postoperative exercise is key to knee joint function rehabilitation. Good analgesic is conducive to improve the effect of functional exercise, promote functional rehabilitation. The author reviews analgesia in the postoperative knee function rehabilitation.
