摘  要:柴油流动改进剂的降凝机理与润滑油降凝剂的降凝机理基本相同。因此丙烯酸高级酯与第二单体的共聚物对柴油的降凝效果应与润滑油的降凝效果基本相同。用几种溶剂采用溶液聚合方法,用正交试验法或均匀试验法对丙烯酸高级酯与第二单体进行共聚试验,共聚物做柴油标准油的降凝测定,以共聚物降凝度为考察目标,探讨丙烯酸高级酯与第二单体共聚物对柴油和柴油馏分的降凝效果。The mechanism of pour point depressant for the diesel flow improver and lubricating oil is basically the same. Therefore the effect of pour point depression for the copolymer between the acrylic esters and a second senior monomers effect on diesel fuel should be the same to the lubricant oil. In several solution polymerization methods with different solvents, using orthogonal test method or the uniform law to take the copolymerization experiment between the higher acrylate and a second monomer, the copolymers were used as the standard oil of diesel to take a pour point determination. Finally, the effect of pour point depression for the copolymer between the higher acrylate and a second monomer on diesel and diesel fractions, respectively, was investigated deeply with their pour degrees.
