摘  要:系统地分析了引起往复压缩机管线振动的几种原因,并针对不同类型的振动提出了相应的解决方法。阐述了气流脉动的主要成果——平面波动理论、一维非定常理论,以及利用管线运动学方程处理管线振动问题的方法。介绍了3种具有不同优势的振动分析软件,并从介质和管线2个角度对振动做出了评判。本文对处理管道振动问题具有一定的指导意义。Several kinds of reasons which caused by the vibration of reciprocating compressor pipes were analyzed systematically and corresponding solutions to different types of vibration were put forward.The main results of gas pulsation,which were the plane wave theory and one—dimensional unsteady theory,and the method that the kinematics equation of pipelines were used to process problems of pipes vibration were introduced.Finally,three different software of analyzing vibration,which have different advantages were recommended.It was evaluated that the vibration from two aspects,medium and pipes.The paper has a guiding significance to process problems of pipelines vibration.
