钢铁回火余热发黑液浓度测定方法研究与应用

摘  要:介绍并分析了钢铁回火余热发黑液浓度测量的原理和方法,其中,焙烘法是利用加热挥发测量发黑液中的固含量,固含量越高,则发黑液浓度也越高;破乳分离法是利用盐的破乳作用,使发黑液中的特种树脂和其他物质析出并分离出来,分离物越多,则发黑液浓度越高。研究结果表明,采用2种方法测量的发黑液浓度误差绝对值均≤1%,焙烘法有较高的精确度,但测量时间较长;破乳分离法操作简便、快速。The principles and methods of measuring consistency of liquid used blackening steel and iron with tempering residual heat were introduced.The stoving method by heating and volatilizing is a way of measuring solid content of blackening liquid,the more solid it contents,the more higher consistency of blackening liquid is.The separating method by principle of salt destroying emulsion is a way of separating polymer and other material from blackening liquid,the more substances are separated,the more higher consistency of blackening liquid is.Results showed that absolute consistency error measured by the two measure methods were all less than 1 %. The precision of stoving method is up to separating method but measuring time of stoving method is more than separating method.The operation on the separating method of destroying emulsion is more simple and faster.
