水花生干叶片水浸液对种子发芽及根尖的影响

摘  要:采用培养皿法和悬空气培养法分别研究不同浓度的水花生干叶片水浸液对2种受体植物种子发芽和根缘细胞存活率的影响。结果表明,水花生干叶片水浸液对供试种子的发芽和根缘细胞存活率均有一定的影响。高浓度水花生干叶片水浸液对供试种子的发芽和根缘细胞存活率的抑制比低浓度的强。总体上表现出随着水花生干叶片水浸液浓度的降低,对供试种子的发芽和根缘细胞存活率的抑制作用逐渐减弱、甚至消失。The effect of different concentration aqueous extract from A. philoxeroides Trunk leaf on the seed germination and root border cells' survival rate of 2 kinds of grass seeds was studied by petri dish and aeroponic culture. The results showed that aqueous extract from A. philoxeroides Trunk leaf had effect on the seed germination and root border cells' survival rate of 2 kinds of grass seeds, and high concentration aqueous extract from A. philoxeroides Trunk leaf had stronger effect than low of that. This effect was decreasing as the concentration of aqueous extract from A. philoxeroides Trunk leaf was decreasing.
