国家助学贷款拖欠因素的实证分析——以广西某高校为例

摘　　要：既有文献对国家助学贷款拖欠的实证研究,大部分是使用问卷调查所得数据,所得结论难免有一定的主观性。这里以广西某高校2013年公布的国家助学贷款拖欠名单的数据为样本,利用SPSS软件对可能影响国家助学贷款违约的因素进行回归分析和显著性检验,发现违约拖欠者的拖欠时间和最高学历与拖欠金额呈同向变动关系。造成这种长时间拖欠和高学历者拖欠的深层次原因,在于违约者有限的收入水平。为此提出增设还款方式、增加减免优惠、加强贫困生就业竞争培训、提升贷款者诚信素质等对策建议。Existing literature on the national student loan default is mostly based on data collected from empirical research by means of questionnaire survey, whose conclusion is somewhat subjective. So with the data of the default list on national student loan as sample,released by a university of Guangxi in 2013, the study uses SPSS software to make regression analysis and significance test of default factors that possibly influence the national student loan. The result shows that default time and final academic degree obtained is positively correlated with amount in arrears. The underlying reason of a long-time default and default of the highly-educated is that the income of defaulters is limited. In terms of this,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, including increasing ways of payment, carrying out more favorable policies for loan breaks and deductions, helping underprivileged students strengthen training in employment competition, enhancing the integrity and credit of borrowers etc.
