摘　　要：以化纤纺丝生产的卷绕机为研究对象,重点介绍了ATI系列卷绕机接触辊(CR)的结构特点,以及使用过程中影响产品质量的常见故障,分析不同故障产生的原因,并提出了CR的维修方法。This paper set the production of chemical fiber spinning winding machine as the research object , focused on the ATI series winding machine structure characteristics of the contact roller, and affect the quality of the products in the process of using common failures, to analyze the causes of different failures, and put forward methods of CR maintenance .
