黄姜皂素在甾体激素药物合成中的应用

摘　　要：甾体激素药物因具有很强的抗感染、抗病毒和抗休克等药理作用,广泛用于治疗风湿病、心血管病、癌症、皮肤病等,是一类重要药物中间体。本文综述了利用黄姜皂素为原料合成甾体激素药物雄性激素、雌性激素、孕激素和肾上腺类皮质激素的进展,对临床上广泛应用的甾体激素药物如睾丸素、雌二醇、黄体酮、炔诺酮、可的松、氢化可的松、地塞米松及布地奈德等的合成路线进行了描述,以期为资源的进一步开发提供思路。Steroids is an important drug intermediates for their pharmacological effects of strong anti-infective, anti-virus and an-ti-shock, have been widely used in treating different kinds of diseases, such as rheumatism, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, skin disease,and so on.This paper summarizes the progress of steroid hormone drug to synthesize androgenes,female sex hormones,pro-gestogens and adrenocorticoid hormones from diosgenin. The synthetic approaches and progresses including some important clinical medicines such as testosterone, etradiol, progesterone, norethisterone, cortisone, hydrocortisone, dexamethasone and budesonide are briefly described,the result will provide an idea for the rational utilization of resource compounds.
