西花蓟马对寄主不同部位的选择性

摘　　要：为明确寄主植物不同部位对西花蓟马选择性的影响,本文研究了西花蓟马对黄瓜不同部位叶片的着虫数及西花蓟马对辣椒不同部位粗提取液的趋性。结果表明,西花蓟马雌成虫对黄瓜寄主不同部位有着明显的寄主选择性,对于中上部位叶片的选择要明显大于下部叶片;西花蓟马对于辣椒花和上部叶片粗提取液的选择性要明显强于中下部叶片,其中对于花的趋性最强。To determine the effect of different plant position on the host selectivity of Frankliniella occidentalis, the number of F. occidentalis on different position of cucumber and responses of F. occidentalis to extractions from different parts of pepper was determined. The result showed that adult F. occidentalis preferred feeding on younger leaves, and the preference to apical and middle leaves was stronger than that to the lower leaves. Female thrips showed intensive preference for extractions from flowers and apical leaves to that of middle and lower leaves, and preferred flowers most.
