摘  要:采用DNA测序技术测定了颖蜡蝉科中比较相似的优颖蜡蝉属与卡颖蜡蝉属的线粒体16S rDNA基因,分析其亲缘关系。结果表明:佛坪卡颖蜡蝉、紫阳卡颖蜡蝉与刺突优颖蜡蝉的遗传距离为0.038和0.155,系统发育分析两个属的种不能各自独立聚为一支,结合形态特征建议将优颖蜡蝉属与卡颖蜡蝉属合并为一个属。Mitochondrial 16S rDNA of two closely related genera Eudeferunda and Caristianus of the family Achilidae were sequenced to analyze their relationship. Results showed that the genetic distance of inter - genera species Caristianus fopingensis, Caristianus ziyangensis and Eudeferunda alatea were 0. 038 and 0. 155 respectively. Phylogenetic tree analysis suggested that Eudeferunda and Caristianus clustered to aclade. These results were different from the taxonomic position of Eudeferunda based on morphology. The molecular phylogenetic result suggested that the genus Eudeferunda Chen, Yang & Wilson, 1989 should be combined to the genus Caristianus Distant, 1916.
