摘  要:设计了一种适用于大容量储能系统的三电平双向DC/DC变换器,其拓扑采用可承受大电压的高频隔离双半桥三电平结构。介绍了三电平双向DC/DC变换器的工作原理和开关器件应力情况,分析了在单移相调制策略下的工作特性以及功率特性和软开关条件,并设计了闭环控制系统。通过仿真实验表明,该变换器具有开关管电压应力小,适用于大电压大功率场合;开关管工作在高频软开关条件下,功率密度高;输出电压稳态无差等特点,可满足大容量储能系统的工作要求。A new type of three-level bi-directional DC/DC converter for large energy system was present in this paper,which was composed of high-frequency isolation dual half-bridge three-level structure.This structure can withstand a large voltage.It described the working principles and total device rating of the converter,ana-lyzed the operating characteristics of the converter under the strategy of single phase-shift and also designed a closed-loop control system.It focused on the power flow characteristics and soft switching conditions .The simulation results show that the converter has the following characteristics.It is small of the switch voltage stress,so the converter applies to the high voltage high power occasion.Switch to work in high-frequency soft switching conditions,high power density.Switch tubes work under the condition of high frequency soft switch .The power density is improved.The output voltage is in the condition of zero steady error.The converter can meet the large storage system operating requirements.
