摘　　要：该交通过对北京紫禁城与法国凡尔赛宫这两座东西方文化系统中极具代表性的宫殿建筑的比较，阐述由于东西方在文化、历史、哲学及技术上的巨大差异，使二者在相似的建造背景下，表达君权至上这一相同主题时，使用着截然不同的方式。致使它们在规划布局、建筑设计乃至造园意匠中均迥然相异。By comparing the two most representative palaces in eastern and western system, Forbidden City in Beijing and Chateau de Versailles of France, this paper expounds that, since there existed tremendous differences in culture, history, philosophy and technology between west and east, the architecture of the two palaces showed absolute different concepts in planning, architecture and garden design, even very similar constructing backgrounds and both the same theme of absolute authority.
