摘　　要：办学层次的升格对高校图书馆工作提出了更高的要求。行业院校图书馆在立足于为教学和实践服务的同时,要从资源建设、参考咨询适应多种用户需求等方面深化图书馆的职能。并采取加强队伍建设、加大资金投入、推进与系部资料室的合作等措施,以保障图书馆职能的深化。The improvement of school level putting forward higher requests to the work of high school library. Industry college library should meet reader＇s requirement from the aspects of resources construction, reference service and so on to deepen the functions of the library, and carry out the supporting measures of strengthening the team construction, increasing capital investment and improving more communication with reference room of department.
