总大肠菌群/粪大肠菌群检测方法中酶底物法封口技术的改进

摘　　要：通过试验,验证了在科立得固定底物技术酶底物法检测大肠菌群/粪大肠菌群的方法中,可使用家用电熨斗替换专用程控定量封口机进行封口,且经济、方便。Abstract： Experiments on replacing the special program - controlled sealing machine by the household electric iron were conducted for the enzyme substrate method in measuring the total coliforms and fecal coliforms. The experimental results showed that the electric iron was much convenient with low cost.
