摘　　要：根据《职业病危害因素分类目录》,针对实验室工作环境内常见的职业病危害因素,作者从有毒化学因素,生物因素,物理因素和心理健康因素等方面进行分析,并从其职业安全防护设施、个体安全防护、实验室人员安全防护培训及建立健康档案等方面提出保障实验室工作人员的身体健康的安全防护措施。According to the Occupational hazard factors classification catalogue, the authors analyze the common occupational hazard factors in the work environment of the laboratory from the respects of toxic chemical factors, biological factors, physical factors and psychological factors, and put forward the protection measures to ensure laboratory staff＇s health, which include the occupational safety protection facilities, the individual safety protection, the laboratory personnel safety protection training and the establishment of health files system.
