聪耳通窍汤加减治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨聪耳通窍汤加减治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的疗效。方法突发性耳聋患者90例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各45例,2组都给予西药综合治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用聪耳通窍汤加减治疗。结果治疗组的显效率与有效率为88.9%和95.6%,而对照组为55.6%和82.2%,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.462,P<0.01和χ2=4.050,P<0.05)。2组治疗后气导听阈对比治疗前有明显下降(P<0.01);同时组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后低切全血粘度、高切全血粘度、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)含量组间对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论聪耳通窍汤加减治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋能提高疗效,改善听力功能,其可能机制在于改善患者血液粘滞性的状况,从而影响炎症因子与微循环。[ Objective ] To explore the efficacy of Conger Tongqiao Decoction for treating blood stasis type sudden deafness. [ Methods] 90 patients with sudden deafness were divided into the treatment and the control group based on the treatment methods, 45 cases in each group. Two groups were given comprehensive medicine treatment, and the treatment group was given the Conger Tongqiao Decoction on this basis. [ Results] The obvious effective rate and effective rate in the treatment group was 88.9% and 95.6% respectively, while that in the control group was 55.6% and 82.2% respectively, and differences between two groups were significant （ x2 = 12.462, P 〈 0. 01 and x2 = 4. 050, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The air conduction hearing thresholds in two groups after treatment decreased significantly as compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.01 } , while the difference between two groups were significant （ P 〈0. 01 ）. After treatment, there were significant differences in the values of low shear whole blood viscosity, high shear whole blood viscosity, serum CRP and NOS between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Conger Tongqiao Decoction can increase the treatment efficacy in patients with blood stasis type sudden deafness, improve their hearing function, and its possible mechanism is to improve the blood viscosity of the patients, thereby affect inflammatory factors and microcirculation.
