摘 要:目的探讨染色体制备的技术改良,提高羊水细胞染色体制备的成功率和工作效率。方法采用染色体改良技术(改良法)与传统的胰酶制备技术(胰酶法)进行比较分析。结果改良法所获得的可供分析的染色体数目为6.91±1.711,胰酶法所获得的可供分析的染色体数目为5.37±1.324,t=5.861,P<0.001。结论改良法所制备的染色体的核型数与可供分析的染色体数目均多于胰酶法,而且操作简单、能提高工作效率,值得推广应用。Objective: To investigate the improvement of technology of amniotic fluid chromosome preparation, improve the success rate and definition of chromosome preparation. Methods: Improved technology and traditional chromosome trypsin preparation techniques were compared and analyzed. Results: The number of chromosomes available for analysis obtained from improved method and traditional techniques was 6.91±1.711 and 5.37±1.324, respectively (t=5.861, P〈0.001) . Conclusion: Improved chromosome preparation techniques should be widely applied for high achievement rate and zonation of karyotype, as well as ease of operation.
