摘  要:针对工业过程中所排放的烟气余热特性,及相应生产的蒸汽参数及流量特点,分析了低参数、大流量余热发电用汽轮机功率大、通流面积大、机组效率低及蒸汽湿度大等设计难点,并从多个方面提出了一些设计方法,为余热发电用低参数大功率汽轮机的设计开发提供参考。Design difficulties of steam turbine used for waste heat recovery in industrial processes were researched.Features of steam generated by high temperature exhaust gas in various industrial processes, such as low parameter,high mass flow rate, high power output, and large through-flow area, were analyzed. All factors above were taken into consideration of design. Some practical design methods and advices were proposed from multi-aspects which provide reference for designing low parameter steam turbine with high rated power output.
