摘　　要：零件图上标注尺寸应做到正确、完整、清晰、合理。由于零件结构复杂,容易造成尺寸标注不完整、不合理。为此文中提出零件图标注尺寸时,以形体特征表达式为基础对零件进行形体分析,标注定形尺寸;以设计基准、工艺基准为基础标注定位尺寸,从而避免尺寸标注的重复或者遗漏等问题,并强调尺寸标注时应遵循的四个原则,解决了零件图尺寸标注的若干常见问题,从而达到合理尺寸标注的目标。The complex structure of parts easily causes the incomplete and unreasonable dimensioning. In order to solve these problems, shape characteristic expressions based on parts shape analysis are put forward. Design datum and process datum are taken as location dimensions to avoid the dimension problem of duplication or omission. The four dimensioning principles is emphasized. Problems in drawing dimension is solved to achieve the reasonable dimensioning.
