摘 要:反应堆运行期间,设备随着服役时间的增长,由于一种或多种老化机理的综合作用,会发生影响其安全功能的各种形式的变化。控制棒驱动机构作为反应堆的关键设备,长期运行于高温、高压环境中,由于冲击、磨损、腐蚀等因素将产生一系列老化、性能衰减现象。文中研究分析了控制棒驱动机构的老化机理,并根据控制棒驱动机构几大关键的老化机理,开展了失效模式及影响分析。During operation, safety-related function of equipments in nuclear plant would be influenced by various aging mechanisms as time went on. As one of the most critical equipments, CRDM served extendedly in condition of high temperatures and pressures. They would experience aging and performance degradation because of impact,abrasion, corrosion and so on. Aging mechanisms of CRDM are analyzed. On the basis of the most critical aging mechanisms, failure mode and its effect are studied.
