摘　　要：分析了电动游览车的装配工艺,确定了装配线的工艺流程、作业元素及其作业时间、装配线工位的划分。利用Flexsim仿真软件完成对电动游览车装配线设计方案的建模与仿真,通过对运行结果的统计与分析,验证了设计方案的可行性。The assembly process of electric tourist car is analyzed. The assembly process, work element, work time and division of work station, are determined. Modeling and simulation of electric tourist car＇s assembly line are carried out based on Flexsim. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified by data＇s statistics and analysis.
