低切高挂加旷置术治疗肛周脓肿63例疗效观察

摘　　要：为提高治疗肛周脓肿的疗效，对肛周脓肿传统手术方法加以改进，根据肛周脓肿的不同时期选择有针对性的治疗方法，针对不同类型的肛周脓肿，采取不同的手术方式。低位脓肿采用一期切开，高位脓肿采用挂线加旷置术，治疗肛周脓肿63例，一次性手术治愈63例，治愈率100％。随访6个月以上，无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、肛门畸形等并发症及后遗症，肛门功能正常。结果表明，低切高挂加旷置术治疗肛周脓肿疗效好，安全可靠。In order to improve the clinical efficacy of pereanal abscess,traditional surgical procedures for perianal abscess were improved by authors. According to different periods of pereanal abscess,it should be treated with different methods. Different surgical procedure was adopted to treat different types of perianal abscesses. The 63 cases of perianal abscess underwent primary low incision,high thread-drawing plus exclusion. All cases got cured after one-off treatment,the curative rate was 100%. After a 6-month follow-up, no anal incontinence,stenosis and deformation occurred,the anal function was normal. It is concluded that low incision,high thread-drawing plus exclusion is safe and effective for perianal abscess.
