应用吻合器重建消化道并发症的防治（附4例报告）

摘　　要：为探讨应用吻合器重建消化道并发症的防治措施及吻合器的合理使用，对近期应用吻合器行消化道重建术后出现的4例并发症患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示，4例患者中2例术后出现吻合口瘘，2例术后出现吻合口出血。结果表明，应用吻合器出现并发症的原因是多方面的，严格掌握使用吻合器的适应症并合理使用吻合器，可降低术后吻合口瘘及吻合口出血的发生率。In order to discuss the prevention and control measures for complications of digestive tract reconstruction with stapler,and rational use of staplers,a retrospective study was carried out on the clinical data of 4 cases with eomplications after undergoing digestive tract reconstruction with stapler. The results showed that of the 4 cases, 2 developed anastomotic leakage, 2 anastomotie bleeding. It is concluded that there are a variety of factors causing complications while applying staplers, therefore, rational use of sta- plers with strict control of their indications can reduce the incidence of anastomotic leakage and bleeding.
