摘　　要：近年来,媒体上出现了不少XGK"专利轧机"的报导,称该"专利轧机"是"跨世纪发明","国际上三、五十年不可逾越的技术",等等。本文介绍了XGK"专利轧机"质量问题,国家专利复审委作出其专利权全部无效的决定,河南省高院作出专利权全部无效其诉讼请求应予驳回的终审判决以及"专利轧机"的真实水平。In recent years , there were many reports about XGK “patent mill” that claimed itself as so-called “trans-century invention”,“unsurpassable technology advanced in the next thirty to fifty years”, and so on. This article expatiated and uncovered the following facts /events：severe quality problems existed in the XGK “patent mill”, annulment of XGK mill patents ruled by the National Patent Reexamination Board of China , the final decision made by the superior court of Henan province dismissing the lawsuit due to its patent invalidation , and the true situa-tion of the XGK “patent mill” in rolling-mill field.
