海西建设背景下平潭综合实验区房地产业发展研究

摘　　要：海西建设背景下,平潭综合实验区定位成两岸区域合作综合实验先行先试区,迎来前所未有的发展机遇,作为重要投资项目的平潭房地产业也必将得到长足发展,进而拉动平潭经济发展。本文从平潭房地产业发展现状着手,浅析平潭房地产业同当地GDP增长、财政收入间的相互影响和对相关产业的带动效应,最后给出促进平潭房地产业持续健康发展的建议。Due to the influence of Pingtan comprehensive experimental region, the real estate of Pingtan Island will gain a momentum to develop, which will promote the development of economy of Pingtan. This paper analyzes the influence of real estate that may be exerted on the local GDP, government revenue as well as other relevant industries and puts forward suggestion to help Pingtan maintain healthy development.
