列宁晚年对俄共(布)执政合法性资源的开拓与维护

摘　　要：俄国国内战争结束后,俄共(布)的执政合法性资源面临重重危机,列宁审时度势,以无产阶级革命家应有的高度责任感,不断开拓与维护俄共(布)的执政合法性资源:努力发展经济,巩固执政合法性的绩效资源;强化思想教育,充实执政合法性的理论资源;探索制度建设,开发执政合法性的制度资源;加强党的建设,丰富执政合法性的组织资源。以此巩固了苏维埃政权,也为无产阶级政党积累了执政经验。After the civil war in Russia ended,the resources of ruling legitimacy of Russian Communist Party were faced with crises. With the high sense of a proletarian revolutionarist,Lenin sized up the situation and constantly developed and maintained these resources of ruling legitimacy by means of developing economy to enhance its performance resources,strengthening ideological education to enrich its theory resources,exploring the system construction to exploit its system resources and perfecting self-construction to enrich its organization resources.
