摘　　要：:新开发了一种简单实用的三态指示电路 ,它由非门、双色发光二极管等构成 ,巧妙利用门电路的传输特性和 LED发光二极管的伏安特性 ,实现对三态逻辑状态的鉴别和指示 ,还能完成对电源电压高、低的监测。论述了电路的工作原理和设计要点。A circuit for indicating of three state is developed.It is made up of NOT gate、two colour light emiting diode and so on.It cleverly uses of the specific property of transfer from gate circuits and that of volt and ampere light emiting diode(LED).And it realizes the identifying and instruction for the logical state of three state.It can also accomplish the watch and measure for high or low volt power supply.This paper expounds the working principle and main points for designing of circuits.
