摘 要:针对新型复杂装备保障过程中维修工具品种多、保障难度大的问题,提出了基于案例分析的维修工具品种整合分析方法。在整合需求分析的基础上,明确了维修工具品种整合的原则和步骤,规范了决策分析、决策目标和决策流程等关键环节,实现了按主要特征属性将各种维修工具进行科学分类与有效整合,通过算例分析验证了该方法的可行性和准确性,在不降低保障度的前提下,可有效减少维修工具种类30%以上,明显提高装备保障效率和效益。Maintenance tools present a difficult problem in complex support system, for the considerable varieties to be integrated and optimized. A maintenance tools category integration method was presented. In order to obtain the solution, a maintenance tools category integration analysis method was employed based on case analysis method, which can classify the maintenance tools scientifically by its main characters. In this method, the integration flow and implementation steps were employed, which can improve the solving efficiency for the integration method. At last, a numerical example was given, which examined the feasibility and validity of this method. And the result provides theoretical and technical supports for integrating maintenance tools category for at least 30% maintenance tools categories can be reduced with the same maintenance supportability.
