摘　　要：为了解决质量检测机构中动态复杂多变的业务流程问题,用基于规则库与消息驱动机制来设计工作流。该模型的核心是三个引擎和三个库:工作流引擎、规则库引擎、消息驱动引擎以及对应的流程库、规则库、消息库。将流程中的各个节点路由规则、获取下一步参与者的规则以及消息类型都存储在规则库中,并结合消息库来调用不同的应用模块。通过一个实例来说明设计的过程,并验证该模型具有与业务松散耦合性、动态适应性等特点,能很好地解决动态复杂多变的业务流程问题。A new method was proposed for workflow design based on rule base and message driven mechanism to solve the problem of dynamic and complex business process in quality inspection agencies. The core of the model is three engines and three databases： the work_flow engine, rule engine, message driven engine and the corresponding worktlow database, n.tle database, message database. Routing rules of each node, rules for obtaining the next participant and message types were stored in the rule base. According to the message base, different application module was called. Verified by an example, the model has dynamic adaptability, and loose coupling characteristics. Therefore, the model can solve the problem of dynamic and complex business process.
