摘　　要：研制了用于硬脆材料精密镜面磨削的带测力功能微进给工作台。该工作台以电致伸缩传感器实现微量进给 ,具有体积小、制造方便、可靠性好、分辨率高等特点 ,为实现硬脆材料的镜面磨削提供了有利条件。s:A micro feeding table is developed for surface grinder to carry out mirror grinding of hard and brittle materials. The micro feeding table, whose micro movement is realized by an electrostriction sensor, features small in size, easy manufacturing, reliable and high resolution. So the bed provides advantageous conditions for mirror grinding for hard and brittle materials.
