分专业定稿是细化定稿会职能的有效措施——以《检验医学》为例

摘　　要：为解决检验医学研究不断深入和细化而引起的传统"大定稿会"作用的淡化问题,《检验医学》编辑部尝试用6个专业的"专业组定稿会"代替以往的"大定稿会"。实践证明,这种分专业定稿的形式细化了定稿会的职能,无论是对于提高终审效率和专题组稿成功率,还是对于激发编委和编辑的工作积极性均取得了良好的效果。With the development and refinement of clinical laboratory medicine, ＂general manuscript finalization meeting＂ is stepping down. For solving this problem, the editorial department of Laboratory Medicine tries to apply six ＂ specialty-based manuscript finalization meetings＂ instead of one ＂general manuscript finalization meeting＂. This kind of manuscript finalization meetings based on specialties refines the function of manuscript finalization meeting, with good effect of improving the efficiency of final reviewing, the success rate of specialty manuscript solicitation and the working enthusiasm of editorial board members and editors.
