摘 要:目的了解临床分离的耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌携带抗药基因情况及其对常用消毒剂抗性水平。方法采用基因扩增法和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对临床分离的耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌qacE△Ⅰ-sul Ⅰ基因携带率和对3种常用消毒剂抗性变化情况进行评价。结果临床分离的10株耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌中有9株qacE△Ⅰ-sul Ⅰ基因阳性。用浓度为250 mg/L有效氯或有效碘的消毒液,作用1 min,对悬液内临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌平均杀灭率均达到99.9%以上;用浓度为250 mg/L的戊二醛消毒液作用3 min,对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌杀灭率为100%。结论临床分离耐药鲍曼不动杆菌抗药基因携带率较高,但常规浓度的消毒剂均可有效杀灭,提示其对消毒剂抗性无明显变化。Objective To understand the drug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii with drug - resistant gene qacE △ I - sul I collected from clinic and the resistant level against common disinfectants. Methods PCR and suspension quantitative germicidal test were used to observe resistance of drug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii with gene qacE △ I - sul I and to evaluate the relationship between the carrying rate of gene qacE△ I - sul I and the resistance of common disinfectants. Re- sults 9 of 10 strains of drug - resistant Acinetobaeter baumannii collected from clinic were qacE △I - sul I positive strains. The killing rates of Acinetobacter baumannii exposed to 250 mg/L trichloroisocyanuric acid or iodine for 1 minute were 99.9% - 100%, while exposed to 250 mg/L glutaraldhyde for 3 minutes was 100%. Conclusion The carrying rate of qacE △ I - sul I gene by drug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii is high. The common concentration of disinfectants have good killing effect on drug - resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, which suggested that there's no significant changes to the re- sistance of disinfectants.
