一种季铵盐类消毒剂的毒性研究

摘　　要：目的评价季铵盐类消毒剂毒性,为实际应用提供安全性依据。方法采用动物试验方法,对一种固体季铵盐消毒剂进行了一般毒性实验研究。结果该季铵盐消毒剂对小鼠急性经口LD50为762.2 mg/kg,大鼠急性经口LD50为986.0 mg/kg。亚急性毒性试验各剂量组动物体重、血细胞计数及分类、血生化指标与对照组比较均无显著性差异,动物主要脏器未见明显病理变化。结论该季铵盐消毒剂的急性作用主要与其消化道直接毒性有关,对大小鼠属低毒;未发现该季铵盐消毒剂有明显亚急性毒性作用。Objective To evaluate the toxicity of a solid quatemary ammonium salt disinfectant. Methods Mice and rats were used as experimental animals to observe its acute and subacute toxicity. Results Oral acute LD50of the quatemary ammonium salt of KM mice was 762. 2 mg / kg,oral acute LD50of the quatemary ammonium salt of SD rats was 986. 0 mg / kg. In the subacute toxicity study,the body weight,blood routine and biochemical parameters of different dosage groups demonstrated no significant difference compared to the control group. No obvious pathological damage of main organs was found in rats of all groups. Conclusions The acute toxicity of the solid quatemary ammonium salt is related with its disgetive tract toxicity and classification is slightly toxic class to rats and mice,no definite subacute toxic effect on rats was oberved.
