宁波某区医院消毒质量监测与风险因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁波市某区医院消毒质量,分析主要风险因素,评价其整体消毒质量和管理水平。方法通过现场调查和采样检测方法,对该区26家不同级别医院2010-2013年医院消毒质量进行监测。结果从26所医院共采集不同对象标本2 430份,消毒质量平均总合格率为96.3%。三级、二级和一级医院消毒质量平均合格率依次为97.7%、96.3%和95.7%。26所医院2010-2013年度消毒质量合格率依次分别为96.0%、97.6%、95.6%和96.1%。压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率为99.2%,医务人员手和室内空气消毒合格率偏低,其他监测对象平均合格率均达到95%以上。结论该区医院消毒质量总体较好,医务人员手和室内空气消毒应作为重点管理对象进一步加强管理。Objective To monitor the disinfection quality of hospital in a district of Ningbo,so as to investigate potential main risk factors and to evaluate the whole disinfection quality and management level. Methods Disinfection quality of hospital was monitored in 26 different grade hospitals of the district in year 2010-2013 by field investigation and sample detection. Results Total 2 430 samples of different monitoring objects were collected from 26 hospitals,and the whole eligible rate of the disinfection quality of hospital was 96. 3% in year 2010-2013. The eligible rates of Grade Ⅲ hospitals, Grade Ⅱ hospitals and Grade Ⅰ hospitals were 97. 7%,96. 3% and 95. 7% respectively. Meanwhile,the annual eligible rates of 26 hospitals were 96. 0% 、97. 6% 、95. 6% and 96. 1%,respectively. The eligible rates of healthcare worker hand（ 93. 5%） and room air（ 93. 3%） were lower and that of pressure steam sterilization effectiveness was 99. 2%. The average eligible rates of other five types of monitoring objects were above 95%. Conclusion The whole disinfection quality of hospitals in the district is well,and the healthcare worker hand and the room air should be treated as important management objects,and should be strengthened as main risk factors.
