摘　　要：目的调查一起小学札如病毒急性胃肠炎聚集性疫情的原因,为有效控制疫情提供参考依据。方法采用个案调查分析方法,对上海市某小学札如病毒性胃肠炎疫情进行调查。结果 2013年1月上旬上海市奉贤区某所小学连续发生32名师生急性腹泻,经采集粪便等标本检测证明为札如病毒性腹泻。经及时采取有效防控措施,疫情得到及时控制。结论该小学的急性腹泻为一起札如病毒急性胃肠炎聚集性发病疫情,密切接触及未能及时消毒是该疫情发生的主要原因。Objective To investigate the cause of clustering outbreak of acute Sapovirus gastroenteritis epidemic in pri- mary students so as to provide reference basis for the effective control of the epidemic. Methods The method of investiga- ting and analyzing individual case was used to investigate the cause of clustering outbreak of acute viral gastroenteritis epi- demic in primary students in shanghai. Results In early January 2013, the acute dian＇hea occurred on 32 teachers and students in a primary school in one district of Shanghai. The Sapovirus diarrhea was identified by detecting stool samples. After taking timely and effective prevention and control measures, the epidemic was in control in time. Conclusion This acute diarrhea in the primary school students is a clustering outbreak of acute Sapovirus gastroenteritis epidemic. Close con- tacting and no timely disinfection are the main cause for the outbreak.
