摘  要:目的评估ICU环境卫生清洁质量对多重耐药菌感染防控的作用。方法采用ATP生物荧光法,对ICU环境物体表面卫生清洁质量进行监测,评价其预防和控制多重耐药菌感染的效果。结果该医院ICU室内病床扶手、操作台、工作桌、听诊器、尺子、仪器按钮RLU值均<400,符合卫生质量要求。该医院ICU在2010年-2012年期间,多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染发病率从2011年的8.15%下降到2012年的4.77%;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染发病率,从2011年的3.78%下降到2012年的1.02%。结论将ATP生物荧光法列入ICU常规监测,使环境卫生清洁质量保持在较高的水平,有效防控了ICU多重耐药菌医院感染。Objective To evaluate the effect of environmental sanitation quality on the prevention and control of muhi - drug resistant bacteria infection in ICU. Methods The ATP biol assay was used to monitor the environmental sanitation quality and to evaluate the value in prevention and control of muhi - drug resistant bacteria infection. Results The RLU values of the bed rails, operation tables, desks, stethoscopes, rulers and instrument buttons detected in ICU of this hospital were all less than 400 which could meet the hygiene quality requirements. During 2010 to 2012 in the ICU of this hospital, the incidence rate of nosocomial infection caused by multi - drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii was de- creased from 8.15% in year 2011 to 4. 77% in year 2012, and the incidence rate of nosocomial infection caused by Methi- cillin resistant Staphylococcus aureas was decreased from 3.78% in year 2011 to 1.02% in year 2012. Conclusion Inclu- ding the ATP bioluminescence assay in the ICU routine monitoring item can keep the environmental sanitation quality at a high level and prevent and control the nosocomial infections caused by multi -drug resistant bacteria in ICU.
