一种复方胍类消毒剂杀菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究一种复方胍类消毒剂的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐和双胍盐酸盐组成的复方消毒剂进行实验室杀菌效果观察。结果该复方消毒剂由1 000 mg/L聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐与2 000 mg/L聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐所组成。用该复方消毒剂原液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色葡萄球菌作用1 min,杀灭对数值均大于5.0。该复方消毒剂杀菌效果明显好于复方中各单因子,且对上述4种试验菌的T/E值均大于1.0,显示出明显增效作用。结论该复方聚胍消毒剂在较低浓度下具有良好的杀菌效果,两种聚六亚甲基胍具有显著协同杀菌作用。Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of a compound poly guanidine disinfectant. Methods The sus- pension quantitative germicidal test was carried out to observe the germicidal efficacy of compound disinfectant composed of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride and polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride through laboratory experi- ment. Results The compound disinfectant was composed of 1 000 mg/L polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride and 2 000 mg/L polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride. The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus albus and Pseudomonus aeruginosa exposed to the compound disinfectant solution for 1min were all a- bove 5.0. The germicidal efficacy of this compound disinfectant was distinctly better than each single factor in the com- pound, and the T/E value for the above four kinds of experimental fungus were all above 1.0, which showed the obvious synergistic effect. Conclusion The hydrochloride poly guanidine compound disinfectan has good germicidal efficacy on vegetative forms of bacteria at relatively low concentration, and two kinds of polyhexamethylene guanidine has significant synergistic effect on germicidal efficacy.
