摘 要:脱除尾气低浓度氨是氨法烟气碳减排不可缺少的环节。采用湍球塔(TCA)进行实验研究,测定总体积传质系数(Kga),考查化学吸收和流化数等因素的影响。结果表明:化学吸收比物理吸收Kga增大63%。随流化数增大成比例增大,但流化数不能过大,否则会因气体在塔内停留时间太短而降低脱除效率。Removal of low concentration ammonia flue gas is an indispensable part in carbon dioxide flue gas emissions by ammonia process. In this paper,the TCA(turbulent contact absorber) is used in experimental study to determine the total volume mass transfer coefficient(Kga), and researches the effect of chemical absorption and fluidization number. The experimental results show that the overall mass transfer coefficient in chemical absorption is 63% larger than that in physical absorption. The overall mass transfer coefficient is increased with the fluidization number proportionally. However,the fluidization number cannot be too large,otherwise it would make the short gas residence time in the tower,reducing the removal efficiency.
