特种胶粘剂的研究进展及应用

摘　　要：依据固化方式的差异将胶粘剂分为4种类型:熔融固化型、挥发固化型、遇水固化型和反应固化型。并对胶粘剂一些新的、巧妙的应用如在军事、航天航空等领域的一些应用进行了综述;军事领域方面如在坦克维修、军艇装配、军用飞机和导弹弹头热防护层粘接等方面做了阐述,重点对推进剂中用胶粘剂的种类和工艺做了探讨。对于推进剂用胶粘剂,叙述了环氧、硅橡胶、聚氨酯、NEPE粘合剂及叠氮类型等胶粘剂。从工艺方面分析了影响粘接质量的因素,说明了合适的溶剂、配料顺序、配胶量、固化温度、固化时间等因素是影响粘接强度的主要因素。最后指出了胶粘剂的发展方向。In the light of the different forms of solidification, the adhesive can be classified as 4 types： Melted solidification, Evaporated solidification, met water solidification and reaction solidification types. New and masterly applications in the field of military, aviation ectaffirs have been reviewed, in military aspect, for example, tank maintainted, naval assembled, aircraft and missile protected layers adhered aspects have been set forth. Specially, the kinds of propulsion and technics also have been expound ,in propulsion aspect ,epoxy, latex with silion, polyurethane, NEPE and GAP Binder have been recited, quality factors has been analyzed, and pointed out suitable solvent, proper order of materials, quantity of glue and solidification of temperature and time are the principal aspects affecting adhesive strength. Finally ,the development direction of adhesives industry has been put forward.
