三虫桃红汤足浴治疗0级糖尿病足的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察三虫桃红汤足浴治疗0级糖尿病足的疗效。[方法]选取0级糖尿病足患者共46例,随机分为治疗组24例和对照组22例。治疗组采用三虫桃红汤足浴治疗,对照组采用温水泡足,治疗疗程均为4周。通过观察踝肱指数以及局部症状改善百分率对疗效进行评价。[结果]疗程结束后治疗组总有效率91.7%,显著高于对照组的59.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后踝肱指数较治疗前显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时较对照组治疗后高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]三虫桃红汤足浴可改善肢端供血,有效治疗0级糖尿病足。Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Sanchongtaohong decoction on grade 0 diabetic feet.[Methods] 46 patients with grade 0 diabetic feet were selected and divided into control group and treatment group evenly and randomly.Control group received foot bath of warm water while treatment group received foot bath of Sanchongtaohong decoction for 4 weeks.Percentage of symptomatic improvement and ankle-brachial index were eva]uated.[Results] The clinical efficacy of treatment group was 91.7%,which was significantly higher than 59.1% of control group（P〈0.05）; there was also significant difference of ankle-brachial index between control group and treatment group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusions] Sanchongtaohong decoction could treat grade 0 diabetic feet effectively by improving acral blood supply.
