摘  要:国外一些高校不仅设立了世界遗产研究专业,且实现了本科、硕士、博士的系统性和连续性培养,而我国高校世界遗产研究硕士生培养仍处于探索初创阶段。国外高校此类专业的培养目标明确而具体;培养方式灵活,充分融合了各方资源;涉及的学科领域全面而又专深;课程体系成熟完善,课程内容先进而求新;教学方式以学生为主导,与实际应用结合紧密;考核评估方式多样化。国外此类专业人才培养的模式和经验,对我国有借鉴作用。Some foreign universities have set up worm heritage study majors and established systematic and continuous education and training system which includes the degrees from bachelor to doctor. The education of master graduate students in Chinese universities in the major of world heritage is still in its initial stage. For cultivating graduate student, the foreign universities have explicit and specific training objectives, flexible training modes which integrate resources from relevant parties, extensive and profound subject fields, mature and perfect curriculum systems, and student-oriented teaching modes. These developments are in combination with practical application, diversified assessment methods and broad employment markets for graduates. These characteristics can all be used for reference for Chinese universities.
