摘　　要：水性浸涂漆是以水全部或部分代替有机溶剂作为分散介质,且以浸涂方式进行涂装的涂料,具有不易燃烧、气味小、施工简便、应用面广、适合大规模工业化连续生产等优势。介绍了水性浸涂漆的产品标准、涂装工艺以及浸涂涂装的技巧和常见问题解决方案,并列举了浸涂成功应用案例。Waterborne immersion coatings is based on water or part substitution organic solvent as dispersion medium, and applied by immersion painting. It has the advantages of not-easy flammable, low odor, and easy application, widely applied in large scale industrial continuous production. Product standard, painting process, and immersion coating are introduced. Some successful cases for immersion painting are also listed.
