摘　　要：目的:评价小青龙汤在治疗哮喘时的临床疗效。方法:使用文献搜索引擎中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)对小青龙汤治疗哮喘的文献进行搜索,而后进行meta分析。结果:使用小青龙汤的观察组其总有效率与临床控制率均高于使用常规哮喘药物的对照组的总有效率与临床控制率。结论:小青龙汤对哮喘的治疗效果要比常规哮喘药物之治疗效果更加优秀。Objective to evaluate the small qinglong decoction in the treatment of asthma in the clinical curative effect .Methods using literature search engine China hownet （CNKI）, a database of ten thousand , the Chinese biomedical literature database （CBM） for small qinglong decoction in the treatment of asthma literature search , and meta analysis .Results using a small Xiao -QingLong decoction treatment group the total effective rate and clinical control rates were higher than using conventional control group total effective rate and clinical asthma drug control .Conclusion the effect of Xiao -QingLong decoction in the treatment of asthma is more outstanding than conventional treatment of asthma drug effect .
