摘　　要：分析了粉煤灰的物理化学性质,考察了粉煤灰粒度、加入量、化学稳定性等对拜耳法粗液助滤效果的影响,形成了粉煤灰和石灰乳混合助滤技术,成功实现了粉煤灰在拜耳法粗液精制过程中的应用,为粉煤灰的资源化利用提供了新方向。In the paper physicochemical properties of fly ash are analyzed, and the filtration aiding effects of the particle size, addition amount and chemi-cal stability of fly ash on the pregnant liquor filtering in Bayer process are investigated, the filtration aiding technology of mixture of fly ash and lime slurryis developed. The new technology is successfully applied to the refining pregnant liquor in Bayer process, which provides a new way for utilization of flyash resource.
